Master Li is a disciple of the Longmen (Dragon Gate), which is a branch of the Ch’uan-Chen (Complete Perfection) School of Taoism in China. With this branch, the emphasis is on Chi cultivation and the practice of Neidan, inner alchemy- all in the interest of cultivating the spirit and benefiting the world. Recently Master Li was ordained as the abbot of the Zhizhen Taoist temple, located at the Phoenix Mountain, Fenghuang Shan, near the city of Cheng Du in Sichuan province. He puts all his heart into propagating the values of Taoist culture and the benefits of Taoist philosophy, practice and lifestyle to everyone.

Wu Dang Tai Chi & Five Elements Cultivation

This form originated at the Taoist temples, hence it is not a popular style, rather, it is regarded as a sacred practice. Wudang Tai chi is also a healing form which involves a cultivation of the Tao. The Tai chi “feeling” generated is different; with this form, specific chi- or, energy-channels of the “body-mind” are being charged that are different from those meridians that are normally activated by other Tai chi styles.
