Jutta Kellenberger, Senior Universal Healing Tao Instructor
Jutta was born in Germany. In 1987 she had her first training with Taoist Grandmaster Mantak Chia’s and this ended a long search for a practical spiritual training developing body, mind and spirit. It began in her dreams as teenager, later she attended shamanistic ceremonies in Mexico and Peru. She traveled 1979 in India and attended Darshan with different gurus. Jutta was looking for a discipline that empowered herself on every level and she wanted to practice this next to her “wordly” profession.
Ever since Jutta and her husband learned and practice the different disciplines of the Universal Healing Tao system, which led them in 1997 to live, work and teach at Grandmaster Chia’s center, the Tao Garden in the northern part of Thailand. Jutta teaches the Universal Healing Tao practices and meditations every year in Europe and other continents.
Jutta enjoys teaching the ancient Taoist wisdom on healing body, mind and spirit in her Female Healing Retreats during which women learn to feel and cultivate their ovarian energy for self healing and spiritual development.
Jade Egg Exercise
The egg is a marvelous way to strengthen and control the Chi Muscle. It is easier to practice control of this muscle with an egg in the vagina since, as the egg moves, you can feel the direction in which the Chi Muscle moves more distinctly. Controlling this voluntary muscle means control of the many involuntary muscles in this area as well. Also, as you master the use of this muscle of the vagina and perineum, you simultaneously tone up the lower abdomen. Thus, your performance of Ovarian Breathing, the Orgasmic Draw, and the Organs’ Orgasm greatly improves, and the flow of sexual hormones increases.
