Jutta Kellenberger, Senior Universal Healing Tao Instructor
Jutta is born in Germany. In 1987 she had her first training with Taoist Grandmaster Mantak Chia’s and this ended a long search for a practical spiritual training developing body, mind and spirit. Her search began in her dreams as teenager, later she attended shamanistic ceremonies in Mexico and Peru. She traveled 1979 in India and attended Darshan with different gurus. Jutta was looking for a discipline that empowered herself on every level and she wanted to practice this next to her “worldly” profession. Ever since Jutta and her husband learn and practice the Universal Healing Tao System which led them in 1997 to live, work and teach at grandmaster Chia’s center, Tao Garden Health Spa & Resort in the northern part of Thailand.
Jutta teaches the Universal Healing Tao practices and meditations every year in Europe and other Continents.
Stage in her life: 1990: instructor training with Grandmaster Chia in New York. 1992: Chi Nei Tsang, abdominal massage practitioner 1995: Tai Chi Chi Kung I instructor 1999: Cosmic Healing I, Fusion I, II & III and Tai Chi Chi Kung II instructor. 2000: Grandmater Chia announced Jutta to become a senior Instructor and in 2001 a Senior teacher for Chi Nei Tsang, abdominal massage. Since Grandmaster Chia created the Darkroom in 2001 for the immortal practices of Kan & Li, she is attending the supreme inner alchemy practices every year. 2010 Grandmaster Chia announced Jutta to be the global Branch leader for Chi Nei Tsang, abdominal massage. Walter and Jutta are the leading Instructors at Grandmaster Chia’s Summer and Winter Retreats in the 4 weeks of Instructor evaluation at Tao Garden.
This DVD presents techniques to release knots and tangles from the abdomen and major organs. Chi Nei Tsang is a Chinese term for an internal organ Chi massage which helps release stress and promotes healing by using technique of massage directly over the navel and surrounding abdominal area where stress, tension and negative emotions accumulate and congest. In the West it was known as the second brain and the Taoist regard as the Tan Tien. If this area is knotted up. The whole energy of the body is blocked. When this occurs, all the vital energy functions strain slowly weakening the internal organs and decreasing energy. Chi Nei Tsang massage quickly releases negative emotions, tensions and sicknesses, bringing comfort and relief to the abdomen and vital energy to the internal organs. Chi Nei Tsang is also effective in the treatment of digestive problems. Such as irritable bowel syndrome and bloating and constipation. It eliminates toxins in the gastrointestinal tract and promotes lymphatic drainage.
